The CBR1000RR is Honda's 999 cc Fireblade. The 2008-2016 generations and the lighter 2017-2020 S1/S2 model differ in electronics and weight, but the owner's-manual service data for oil, coolant, tires and torque stayed close; the 2018 US manual used here covers the 2017-2019 generation and is the best public source. The bike runs a 525 sealed chain (RK 525ROZ7, 116 links), a compact YTZ7S battery, iridium plugs and LED lighting on newer versions. Oil capacity is 2.7 L with the filter - notably less than many rivals. Valve clearance specs are dealer/service-manual data and are not printed in the owner's manual, so they are omitted here.
