Harley-Davidson Road King (2010-2020) — Maintenance Specs

The Road King (FLHR) is the unfaired Touring-platform classic with the detachable windshield, hard saddlebags and police-fleet favorite status. Like all H-D Touring models it split its run between the Twin Cam 103 (2010-2016) and the Milwaukee-Eight 107 (2017-2020, when the Special with closed rear became the volume seller). The 17-inch cast-wheel FLHR runs 36/40 psi, while laced-wheel versions use MT90B16 front rubber at the same pressures. Fluid specs mirror the Street Glide exactly - 3.8 L then 4.5 L of 20W-50 with the filter, 0.95 L transmission, separate primary chaincase fill and DOT 4 brake fluid every two years. Production of the FLHR nameplate paused after 2020 pending the 2021 revamp.
